The Individual ABI Support Service incorporates Independent Living, Care Coordination, Home First Program, Futures for Young Adults and Work Cover rehabilitation Service Coordination.

The Individual Support Program provides information, referral, community education and training.

Care Management is provided on a short term basis whilst awaiting the outcome of a referral to a brokerage service.

The aim is to link together all services required by people with ABI with complex needs who may require a comprehensive range of services.

Develop new skills and/or strategies in managing challenging behaviours as recommended by ABI Behaviour Consultancy.

Behaviour Management

Support & Choice Packages are offered to people with disabilities via the Department of Human Services application process.  The program provides workers who assist the person to live and participate as independently as possible in their community.

Individualised Support Programs

The Futures Program is funded by DHS to assist  young students with transition from secondary school to tertiary or vocational training and provision of a support mechanism to achieve their goals.
